The new Son Ferriol Health Center project aims to create a functional and efficient building integrated into the urban landscape of the area. The building consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, adapting to the height of neighboring constructions to respect the urban context. The interior design is flexible and adaptable, with versatile spaces that can evolve over time to meet the community’s needs. The intervention incorporates a passive bioclimatic strategy, using materials that improve energy efficiency and enhance user comfort. This project promotes a sustainable health model tailored to the current needs of the population, with a focus on long-term sustainability.
