One of the main principles of this project is to integrate the building harmoniously into the landscape, respecting the winemaking tradition of the area. The winery is designed as a simple, functional, and environmentally respectful construction, using local and natural materials such as cross-laminated timber and cork, which enhance thermal efficiency and create a sense of harmony with the surroundings. The design aims to minimize impact on the land by organizing the space in a compact and efficient way to ensure proper functionality for the winemaking process. This project responds to the need to produce wine in an environmentally conscious manner without sacrificing simplicity and elegance.
