La Balma

We’re pleased that Arquitectura Viva magazine has published an article about the La Balma Housing Cooperative project, an affordable and sustainable housing proposal in Poblenou, Barcelona.

This project was the winner of the public competition for municipal plots allocated to housing cooperatives under a use-rights model, with the collaboration of Laboqueria Arquitectura and Lacol Arquitectura Cooperativa. It represents a model that redefines the concept of housing, placing community, flexibility, and sustainability at its core.
