La Traginera

The Guide for Tenants at Risk is now available, a practical tool to defend tenants’ rights. This guide provides clear answers to over 160 common questions about housing: how to find an apartment, what to ask the real estate agency, how to negotiate a contract or request extensions, among others.

This initiative is the result of a collective and self-organized effort by La Traginera Comunalitat, Laboqueria Taller, Oasi Urbà, Acció Raval, the Barceloneta Housing Committee, with the support of AVV Casc Antic and the graphic design by La Pera.

The guide is available in Catalan and Spanish and can be downloaded here.

Physical copies are also available for those who need them and can be picked up at the following locations:
