Cooperative housing
On Thursday, March 13, 2025, a session was held at the cultural hall of the Solsona City Hall dedicated to exploring public-community solutions to guarantee the right to decent housing.
During the event, Anna Gabriel presented the Ateneu Cooperatiu of Central Catalonia, while Ricard Grau, partner at Laboqueria Arquitectura, explained the cooperative housing model as a sustainable and accessible alternative. Additionally, Sebastià Mata from Repoblem led a simulation workshop on the creation of a housing cooperative, addressing key aspects such as space distribution, architectural design, and community management.
