La Balma

We are pleased to announce that our cooperative housing project La Balma, in collaboration with Lacol, has been featured in an article by Guiding Architects Barcelona about innovative social housing in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona.

The La Balma project, located in the 22@ district, is an example of how architecture can contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive city, using cross-laminated timber (CLT) and a flexible design to reduce energy consumption and improve thermal comfort.

The article also mentions other notable projects such as the 69 Social Housing Units by BAAS and the Social Atrium by Peris Toral, which, together with La Balma, are setting new standards of quality and sustainability in social housing in Barcelona.
