Repoblem

On March 6th, Laboqueria Arquitectura participated in a training session organized by Ponent Coopera, aimed at local government staff, to deepen understanding of the cooperative housing model and its potential as a tool to ensure fairer and more sustainable access to housing.

The session, led by Sebastià Mata i Molinero, ruralities technician at Ponent Coopera, and Ricard Grau, architect and partner at Laboqueria Arquitectura, allowed for resolving questions and analyzing the main challenges municipalities face when promoting this model.

We shared reflections on the role of public administration in promoting cooperative housing and the opportunities it represents for local development and social cohesion.

We thank all the attendees for their participation and interest in continuing to advance towards a more accessible and community-focused housing model.

At Laboqueria Arquitectura, we continue to champion cooperative architecture as a driver of change.
