On November 13, at the Centre Cívic Barceloneta, we presented the Guide for Tenants at Risk, a resource born from the collective and self-organized efforts of the Ciutat Vella housing group, with the support of housing organizations, unions, neighborhood movements, and La Traginera – Comunalitat de Ciutat Vella.
The guide answers more than 160 questions about the rental process, providing practical tools to navigate every stage—from searching for a home to the end of a lease. During the presentation, attendees took part in a workshop where common questions were addressed and practical examples were shared to help facilitate the use of the guide.
