Robot House Barcelona, a cultural and creative space
On December, Robot House Barcelona opened its doors, a space that unites specialty coffee, healthy food, reading and creative activities. This cultural space was born with the aim of promoting creativity and innovation towards a social good, designed to explore books, foster creativity and interdisciplinary thinking through inspiring talks and workshops, enjoy proximity food (all products are km0) and create a community.
La Boqueria Taller d’Arquitectura has participated in the project as architects, working together with the construction company Forma BCN and the designer Jordi Tamayo.
Robot House, a project of the digital creative agency OneBigRobot, is located at number 316 of Provença street in Barcelona. The books will change over time: for now you can find a selection of Captain Swing and activities will begin soon, including a reading club and a talk about Nature Writing by writer Gabi Martínez.
