The project is a reform and new construction of the main building of the City of Polinyà promoted by the City of Polinyà. The project includes the main areas of: access area, administrative area, OAC Citizens’ Advice Bureau, mayor’s area, territory area, municipal archive and the police station.

In general, the building is articulated through a large space. This space acts as a lectern and entrance hall that connects the two buildings, the new and the extension. In addition, this double space acts as the entrance hall and waiting room of the plenary hall. Thermally, this space serves as a cushion space between the two buildings and acts as an energy collector and inner courtyard. The rooms and offices are located on the perimeter of the building, which allows all the spaces to have natural ventilation and guarantee direct sunlight. The project focuses on large circulation and living spaces, spacious and comfortable that are related to the large articulating core and small living areas that oxygenate the space when in contact with the outside on the facade.
